如何使用文件管理器 How to use File Manager (cPanel)
1) 點擊文件管理器圖示 Click the File Manager icon
2) 這是文件管理器的介面，閣下可以這裡上傳文件、刪除文件、更改文件權限及其他服務功能
This is the File Manager interface, where you can upload files to your account, delete files, change file permissions, and a host of other functions
於介面的左邊是閣下帳戶的資料匣清單
On the left is a collapsible list of folders in your account...
閣下的網頁文件包括html, 圖像均需上載於public_html資料夾中
It is in the public_html folder where your website files (html pages, gif images, etc) must upload to.
點擊上傳，則可以上載文件及設定文件權限於閣下寄存戶口中
Click "Upload files" to upload files to your account, and set their permissions
點擊新建文件夾，則可新增文件夾於寄存戶口
Click New Folder to create a new folder in your account... 
點擊新建文件來新增檔案
Click New File to create a new file
閣下可以使用文件管理器更改文件或文件夾權限
Click Change Permission, you can also use File Manager to change the permissions of files or folders 
基本上，當閣下未能使用FTP服務，文件管理器可讓閣下方便管理您的寄存戶口的文件或文件夾
Basically, File Manager makes it easy to manage the files and folders in your account when you don't have access to an FTP application.
