如何使用備份功能 How to use the Backup Function (Plesk)
1) 備份是維持網站的重要組成部分,轉到帳戶選項。
Backups are an essential part of maintaining website. Go to the Account tab.
2) 讓我們看看如何首先備份我們整個帳戶和網站,按一下"備份我的帳戶和網站"。
Let's see how to back up our entire account and all its websites first. Click Backup My Account and Websites.
3) 按一下備份。
Click Back Up.
4) 您不能指定的備份檔案的名稱,但您可以添加字首以幫助您在以後找到。
You cannot specify the file name for the backup, but you can add a prefix to help you find it later.
5) 可自由選擇在注釋部分中添加有關此備份的描述,或指定要創建備份的大小。
預設情況下,會將備份存儲在您帳戶的伺服器上。 您還可以選擇通過個人FTP資料庫執行遠端備份。
Optionally add descriptive text about this backup in the comments section, specify the volume size to create a multivolume backup.
By default, backups will be stored on the same server as your account. You could also perform a remote backup by choosing Personal FTP repository.
6) 在這裡輸入電子郵件地址,任務完成後將發送通知。
Enter an e-mail address here to which a notification will be sent upon task completion.
7) 選擇是否只要備份配置或配置和內容。
Choose whether to back up just the configuration or both configuration and content.
8) 按一下備份。
Click Back Up.

Depending on the amount of data you have, this can take some time.

The manual backup we made has finally finished and is shown here.

Now, let's see how to create scheduled backups. Go to Scheduled Backup Settings.
10) 選擇此框以啟動此任務。
Check this box to activate this task.
11) 選擇執行此任務的頻率: 每日、每週或每月。
Choose how often this task should be performed: either daily, weekly or monthly.
12) 設置這項任務開始的時間和日期為一周。
Set the time and day of the week when this task should begin.
根據這些設置,備份將自動在每週從星期一10:25下午開始。
So, according to these settings, a backup will automatically be made every week starting at 10:25 PM on Mondays.
13) 可自由選擇將字首添加到備份名稱。
Optionally add a prefix to the backup name.
14) 按一下確定。
Click OK.
這樣定時備份已新增了。
The Scheduled Backup has been created.
