於Outlook中檢查SMTP設定:
Check SMTP setting in Outlook:
1. 打開Outlook，按"檔案"
Open Outlook, click File
2. 點擊"帳戶設定" -> "伺服器設定"
Click Account Settings -> Server Settings
3. 按外寄伺服器 -> 檢查以下設定:
Click Outgoing mail -> Check the following settings:
- Server: mail.yourdomain.com (Change it to your domain e.g: mail.abc.com.hk)
- Port: 465 [For Encryption method none: 1025/25]
- Encryption method: SSL/TLS or none
- uncheck SPA
- check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication ", select " Use same settings as my incoming mail server "
