一般域名註冊服務商會提供域名管理平台給用戶。 透過域名管理平台，用戶可自行管理域名資料，例如 索取域名授權碼、更新WHOIS資料，等等。
(1) 如閣下是透過分銷商註冊域名，可直接聯絡閣下的分銷商要求取回域名授權碼 (Authorization Code / EPP KEY)。

(2) 若域名於本公司註冊的話，請閣下登入求助桌Helpdesk 要求取回域名授權碼 (Authorization Code / EPP KEY)。如你的域名註冊少於60天或已逾期，域名則不能轉移。
If your domain registered in Hosting Speed, please login to Helpdesk and send us ticket to request.
You won't be able to transfer your domain away if it's within 60 days of registration or a previous transfer, if a 60-day lock was applied after updating domain contact information, or if your domain has been expired.
