設立步驟 Steps:
1. 登入 cPanel 後，按 「MySQL Databases 」 icon
Login to CPanel, Click "MySQL Database".
2. 輸入新增資料庫的名稱，例如 ‘‘ blog’’，然後按 ‘‘ Create Database’’
Enter a name for the new database. Click "Create Database".
3. 之後會出現下圖建立成功資訊，如下圖 按 ‘‘ Go Back’’
It will shows "Added the Database "xxxxxx". , Click "Go Back".
4. 之後建立database user 輸入 ( Username ) 和 ( Password ) ，然後按 ‘‘ Create User’’
Now you may create a user for your database.
Enter the username and password.
5. 將新增的User 加入Database，按 ‘‘ Add’’
Select the new user and add it to your database.
6. 選擇需要的權限 然後按 ‘‘ Make Changes’’
Select "All privileges" or specific permission for this user.
Click "Make Changes".
