逾期域名續期事宜
**請注意** 域名可能在過期後立即停止服務，過期域名亦可能不能被贖回。
為確保域名續期成功，我們建議客戶在域名到期前至少14天前完成續期。一般逾期失效之域名，在續期後可能需要至少24小時才可重新啟動。
.COM , .NET .ORG 等國際域名
在一般情況下，通常會允許在到期日後提供多達29天的寬限期(grace period) 。寬限期期間，域名可能失效，而客戶可透過 HostingSpeed.net並支付域名續期費用續回註冊的域名。
請注意，域名亦可能會在到期日後立即刪除，而不提供寬限期保障。我們鼓勵客户更在到期日之前至少14天前完成續期，以避免帶來不便。
在大多數情況下，國際域名管理機構將該域名保留多約30天作為贖回期限(並不保證)，然後才將域名正式刪除。如欲於此期贖回域名，您必需額外繳付HK$2,500贖回費。
.HK 域名
在一般情況下，.HK域名會允許在到期日後一提供多達29天的寬限期(grace period) 。寬限期期間，域名可能失效，而客戶可透過 HostingSpeed.net並支付域名續期費用續回註冊的域名。
寬限期過後，如欲贖回域名，則需額外繳付HK$200的逾期費用(late charge)作域名重新啟動費用。
.JP 域名
由於註冊處限制，.JP域名必需於域名到期21日或之前完成續約(包括支付有關續期費用)，若未能夠於上述日期前成功為該域名續期，有關之域名將無法續期或贖回而被取消。
Overdue Domain Name Renewal Issues
** Please note ** domain names may be out of service immediately upon expiration, and expired domain names may not be redeemable.
To ensure domain name renewal successfully, we recommend that customers complete the renewal at least 14 days before the domain name expires. Domain names, which are generally overdue, may take at least 24 hours to restart after renewal.
.COM, .NET .ORG and other international domain names
In general, grace periods of up to 29 days are usually allowed after the due date. During the grace period, the domain name may become invalid and customer may renew the registered domain name through HostingSpeed.net and pay the domain name renewal fee.
Please note that domain names may also be deleted immediately after the expiration date, with no grace period. We encourage our customers to complete the renewal at least 14 days before the expiration date to avoid inconvenience.
In most cases, Registry, ICANN, reserves the domain name for a period of about 30 days (not guaranteed) before the domain name is duly deleted. To redeem your domain name during this period, you will have to pay an additional redemption fee HK$2,500.
.HK domain name
In general, the .HK domain name will allow up to 29 days grace period after the expiration date. During the grace period, the domain name may become invalid and customer may renew the registered domain name through HostingSpeed.net and pay the domain name renewal fee.
After the grace period, to redeem a domain name, an additional HK$200 late charge will be charged for reactivate the domain name.
.JP domain name
Due to registry restrictions, the .JP domain name must be renewed (including payment of the renewal fee) on or before 21 days of the expiration of the domain name, and the domain name will not be renewed if the domain name is not renewed successfully before the above date or redemption was canceled.
