如何重設Hosting Speed 帳戶密碼？How to reset account password?
步驟 Step 1
到 hostingspeed.net 右上角，按一下"註冊/登入"
In hostingspeed.net right top corner, click "Register/Login"
或按左方Hosting Speed logo下的"登入客戶服務中心"
Or click "Login to Customer Service Center" under the Hosting Speed logo on the left
點擊"忘記密碼" Click "Forget Password"
步驟 Step 2
輸入你已知的帳戶資料（三選一）。提交。
Input your account information (Fill in ONE column only). Then, click "Submit (提交)".
*建議客戶輸入曾收取Hosting Speed 帳單的電郵地址。 We suggest you to input the email address you had received our email before.
*請不要多次重覆提交重設密碼。
步驟 Step 3
如你輸入的資料正確無誤，你將會收到一封重設密碼確認電郵。
You will receive a confirmation email for reset password if you had input correct data.
錯誤訊息 Error：
無法驗證所提供的資料。如有查詢，請與我們聯絡。
解決方法 Solution：
請確認你的資料輸入正確。
Please make sure the reset information is correct.
步驟 Step 4
請檢查郵箱。你會收到一封來自"helpdesk@hostingspeed.net"的電郵。
Please check your email. The password reset request will be sent from "helpdesk@hostingspeed.net".
請按一下確認重設密碼網址(Reset Link)。新密碼將於10分鐘內發到你的郵箱。
Please click the Reset link. The new password will be sent to you within 10 minutes.
之後，你會被轉移到Hosting Speed網頁。並顯示以下信息：
Then, you will be redirected to Hosting Speed website and below message will show up.
Your password has been emailed to your address of record. Please change your password once you have logged back in.
Click HERE to try and login again.
步驟 Step 5
10分鐘後再次檢查郵箱。
Check your mailbox after 10 minutes.
你會收到一封來自"helpdesk@hostingspeed.net"的電郵（內含登入密碼）。
You will receive an email with password from "helpdesk@hostingspeed.net"
錯誤訊息 Error：
系統偵測到重複重設密碼的要求，因此連結已失效。
請先於3分鐘後檢查密碼是否已發送到您的登記聯絡人電郵地址，
或重新按忘記密碼再嘗試。
如果你還是無法重設密碼, 請聯絡我們。

解決方法 Solution：
你多次重覆點擊重設密碼URL。請等候3分鐘，密碼將在稍後發送到你的電郵。
The Reset link had been clicked already. Please wait 3 minutes and check your email again.
步驟 Step 6
進入hostingspeed.net，左上角輸入電郵內的登入帳戶及登入密碼。
Visit hostingspeed.net, input the username and password provided from the Reset email.
登入後必須變更登入密碼。完成後按"提交"。
Enter current password at the first column.
Create a new password at the bottom two columns.
完成！Done.
如重設後仍未能登入帳號，請發送電郵至info@hostingspeed.net 聯繫我們。
