如何使用索引管理器 How to use the Indexes (cPanel)
1) 點擊索引圖示 Click the Indexes icon
2) 現在為clients目錄設置索引管理器，按clients旁的編輯
索引管理器使您可以控制如何顯示在你的網站目錄。
如果沒有index.html於既定目錄，您的瀏覽器將會顯示該目錄的內容。通常比較混亂及可能導致安全性問題。
使用索引管理器，閣下可以設定帳戶不允許您的目錄內容被顯示。
Let's setup Indexes for the clients directory, click Edit button next to clients
The Index enables you to control how directories on your website are displayed.
If there is no index.html file in a given directory, the contents of that directory will be displayed in a browser. This is typically undesireable, and can cause security issues.
With Index, you can set your account up to not allow your directory contents to be shown.
這裡有4個設定可選擇 :
繼承 - 允許目錄內容被顯示
無索引 - 不允許目錄內容被顯示
僅顯示檔案名稱 - 防止瀏覽器查看不包含圖像的目錄內容
顯示檔案名稱和說明 - 防止瀏覽器查看包含圖像的目錄內容
There are 4 settings to choose from:
Inherit - allows the directory contents to be shown
No Indexing - does not allow directory contents to be shown
Show Filename Only - Prevents browsers from viewing the contents of directories that do not contain image files
Show Filename and Description - Prevents browsers from viewing the contents of directories that do contain image files
3) 因為我們不希望內容被顯示，所以選擇無索引
Since we do not want the contents of this directory shown, choose No Indexing
4) 然後點擊保存 Then click Save
索引設定已更新及訪問者也不能夠查看用戶端的內容。
The Index settings have been updated, and visitors can no longer view the contents of the clients directory
現在將該設定變回繼承，從而允許訪問者查看目錄內容。
Now let's change the setting back to Inherit, thus allowing visitors to view the contents of this directory
