常見問題:為什麼我的CPanel顯示以下錯誤訊息?
Why does below error appears in my CPanel:
由於我們大部份網頁寄存計劃是共享主機,因此每個計劃都有一定的資源限制。
你可以透過CPanel > Metrics > Resource Usage 檢查你的網站資源使用。
To ensure hosting server stability and speed, there is limit for shared hosting user in different package.
You can find "Your site has been limited within the past 24 hours," message in the CPanel > Metric > Resource Usage section.
簡單地理解,你的桌上電腦也有一定的硬件配置(例如CPU、顯示卡等等),假如你安裝太多應用程式並同時運行,你會發現你的電腦速度減慢,嚴重會出現當機的情況。
假如你安裝的軟件需要較高的硬件配置(例如剪片軟件),你會發現你的電腦未能順利運行這個程式。
有些免費的程式亦會自動在背景運行,甚至在你的電腦自動下載不明病毒,構成安全問題。
To understand more about it, you can imagine a desktop computer as a web hosting.
Every computer had different system specifications (e.g: CPU, graphic card). If you installed too many software and run at the same time, it will slow down your computer or cause system crash immediately.

這時,你需要為你的網站進行優化,例如使用刪除或使用要求較低系統配置的外掛插件、改良你的編程,或考慮升級你的寄存空間以符合外掛的要求。
Here is a graph that shows the limits being hit and, as a result, the message "Your site has been limited within the past 24 hours" will show.
In this case the average is actually 0% but you can see there are a couple of spikes to 100% which is why it reports that the site was limited.
If you are seeing faults there's a good chance you either need to optimize your site or possibly upgrade to a plan that provides more resources. Optimizing such as installing and properly configuring a quality caching plugin is generally the best way to resolve the issue.
