If you receive a message similar to the following after sending the email:
Domain example.com has exceeded the max defers and failures per hour (5/5 (100%)) allowed. Message discarded.
這代表您的發送郵件功能已被暫時封鎖,封鎖的原因是因為收件者多次拒絕您的郵件。
Which means your sending function has been temporarily blocked because the recipient rejected your message multiple times.
如果您沒有發送郵件記錄當中的郵件,請登入cPanel重新設置該電子郵件的密碼,並檢查您的所有裝置是否有病毒 / 間諜軟件/ 木馬程式等等。
If you did not send those email in your email log, please log in to cPanel to reset email account password and use anti-virus AND anti-spyware to scan your devices is it contain virus/Trojan/spyware/Malware.

若您帳戶已到達發送郵件失敗的最高次數時,系統將會自動封鎖帳戶的發送郵件功能,直到下一個整點會自動解除。例如收到以上退信訊息的時間是10:45AM,系統便會在11:00AM自動解除封鎖,這時候便可以正常發送郵件。
If your account has reached max defers and failures per hour, system will block your hosting send out function automatically until the next hour. For example, when the above error message received at 10:45AM, the system will unblock it at 11:00AM automatically, and then you can send emails normally.
