If you receive a message similar to the following after sending the email:
Domain example.com has exceeded the max defers and failures per hour (5/5 (100%)) allowed. Message discarded.
Which means your sending function has been temporarily blocked because the recipient rejected your message multiple times.

If you did not send those email in your email log, please log in to cPanel to reset email account password and use anti-virus AND anti-spyware to scan your devices is it contain virus/Trojan/spyware/Malware.
Shared hosting has spam prevention function to prevent the server IP address from being blocked by a third-party server which affect other customers email deliverability.
If your account has reached max defers and failures per hour, system will block your hosting send out function automatically until the next hour. For example, when the above error message received at 10:45AM, the system will unblock it at 11:00AM automatically, and then you can send emails normally.
If you have already received similar message, please do not keep sending mails, otherwise the rest of the mail will be listed as delayed and failed mail, please login your CS account and submit ticket to helpdesk team for further checking as soon as possible.
