若查到帳單紀錄標示"[即時網上付款] ",則代表帳單仍未完成付款，請重新完成付款或聯絡客戶服務熱線 2394-3113 尋求協助。

由付款到服務生效需約十五至二十分鐘(24小時全自動)，而相關登入資料亦會同時寄到你的登記電郵地址。

當客戶成功付款後，請發送銀行交易收據（入數紙）到 payment@hostingspeed.net。
當我們收到你的電郵後，將於辦工時間核實並啟動你的戶口，而相關登入資料亦會同時寄到你的登記電郵地址。

Account Activation
Online credit card payment
It normally takes about 15 to 20 minutes (24-hour automatic) from payment to service activation, and the relevant login information will also be sent to your registered email address.

After settling your payment, please send your transaction record to our email: payment@hostingspeed.net.
When we receive your email, we will verify and activate your account during the office hour, and the relevant login information will also be sent to your registered email address.
