Outlook
1. 開啟Outlook > 新郵件 Open your Outlook > new email
2. 在郵件 功能表 上 ，選取包括 > 簽名 > 簽名
On the Message menu, select Include > Signature > Signatures.
3. 如你於Outlook中設立多於一個電郵，請於下拉式清單中選取想新增簽名的電郵
If you have more than one email account in Outlook, select the email account you want to add a signature to from the drop-down list.

Under Select signature to edit, choose New, and in the New Signature dialog box, type a name for the signature.

Under Edit signature, compose your signature. You can change fonts, font colors, and sizes, as well as text alignment.
Roundcube
1. 先登入到你的 Roundcube webmail 介面 Login your your Roundcube webmail interface
2. 設定 > 身份資料 > 撰寫您的簽名 Settings > Identities > compose your signature.
3. 你可於以下位置更改簽名檔選項 設定 > 設定 > 撰寫郵件 > 簽名檔選項
You may update signature setting by Settings > Preferences > Composing messages > Signature Options
如果你的簽名包含圖像、連結和各種文字樣式，請將撰寫 HTML 訊息設定為始終
If your signature include images, links, and various text styles, please set compose HTML messages to Always
