郵件收發設定 Email Setting - Outlook Email App on mobile

1. 以下教學假設閣下的電郵帳戶為 test，網域名稱為 yourdomain.com
你的電郵帳戶將會是test@yourdomain.com

Below setup assume your account name is "test" ; your domain is "yourdomain.com"
So, your email account will be test@yourdomain.com

2. 打開Outlook app，這裡會顯示你現有電郵信箱。按左上角圖示打開目錄
You will see your exists email account here
Click the icon on left top corner to open a menu

3. 再按圖示"加入電郵"
Click "Add account" icon

4. 按"新增帳戶"
Click "Add Account"

5. 輸入完整電郵地址，之後按"新增帳戶" 
Enter your full email address, then click "Add Account"

6. 確保帳戶類型題示IMAP，輸入電郵資料和收件伺服器資料
Make sure it shows protocol as IMAP, enter email information and IMAP server information

• 電郵地址 Email address: test@yourdomain.com
• 顯示名稱 Display name: 你的名字 Your Name
• 描述 Description: 在Outlook 顯示的郵箱名 The mailbox name shown in Outlook
• 收件伺服器 IMAP Hostname: mail.yourdomain.com (e.g.: mail.abc.com.hk)
• 傳輸埠/端口 Port: 993 or (143 for non-SSL)
• Port Security : SSL or (NONE)
• IMAP用户名 IMAP Username: test@yourdomain.com
• IMAP 密碼 IMAP Password: Your email account password

輸入寄件伺服器資料後按"登入"
Enter SMTP server information, then click Sign In

• 寄件伺服器 SMTP Hostname: mail.yourdomain.com (e.g.: mail.abc.com.hk)
• 傳輸埠/端口 Port: 465 or (1025for non-SSL)
• Port Security : SSL or (NONE)
• SMTP 用户名 SMTP Username: test@yourdomain.com
• SMTP 密碼 SMTP Password: Your email account password

7. 户口已新增 Account has been added
