1. 以下教學假設閣下的電郵帳戶為 xxx ; 網域名稱為 yourdomain.com。
你的電郵帳戶將會是xxx@yourdomain.com.
Below setup assume your account name is "xxx" ; your domain is "yourdomain.com".
So, your email account will be xxx@yourdomain.com
2. 請先於 cPanel 中開設新電郵戶口。
First, please login to your CPanel to create email account.

3. 在 iOS 主畫面中按「設定」「Settings」。
In iOS homepage, click "Settings".
4. 將目錄向下拉，點選「App」。。
Scroll down and click "Apps".
5. 將目錄向下拉，點選「郵件」，再按郵件帳戶。
Scroll down and click "Mail", then click "Mail Accounts"
6. 按「加入帳戶」，選擇「其他」。
Click "Add accounts", then click "Other"
7. 按「新增郵件帳號」。
Select "Add Mail Account".
8. 在「新增帳號」視窗中，輸入 "名稱"，"電郵" 及 "密碼" 後按「下一步」。
In "New Account", Enter your name, email address, password and click "Next".
9. 選擇使用「IMAP」或「POP3」設定。在「收件伺服器」及「寄件伺服器」內：
- 「主機名稱」為 mail.yourdomain (e.g.: mail.abc.com.hk)
- 「用戶名稱」輸入完整電郵地址及輸入密碼；
輸入後按「下一步」「Next」。
Select either IMAP" or "POP3".
Enter "mail.yourdomain" (e.g.: mail.abc.com.hk) for the Host Name.
Enter "Full Email address" and "Password", Click "Next".
10. 勾選「郵件」及按「儲存」。
Tick "Mail" and "Save" your setting.
11. 按照第5步，在「郵件」頁面中按一下剛才新增的電子郵箱 > 按帳戶設定 > 按進階更改內送郵件設定。
Return to "Mail" (Step 5), click your new email address > click Account Settings > click Advanced to modify Incoming mail setting.
12. 在收件伺服器 Incoming mail server：
認證 Authentication: 點選 「密碼 」Choose "Password".
內送伺服器 Incoming server(IMAP) :
在使用SSL (SSL setting)加密連線時，需要輸入 伺服器傳輸埠/端口(Server Port)”993”
在不使用SSL (non-SSL setting)加密連線時，需要輸入 伺服器傳輸埠/端口(Server Port)”143”
內送伺服器 Incoming server(POP3) :
在使用SSL (SSL setting)加密連線時，需要輸入 伺服器傳輸埠/端口(Server Port)”995”
在不使用SSL (non-SSL setting)加密連線時，需要輸入 伺服器傳輸埠/端口(Server Port)”110”
完成後，點選左上方 「返回」回到上一頁。
Click "Back" in the top left corner when you are done.
13. 在寄件伺服器中按 SMTP。
Click "SMTP" in Outgoing mail server.
14. 按一下"主要伺服器" 帳戶。
Click "Primary Server's" SMTP account.
15. 在寄件伺服器 Outgoing mail server：
首先 勾選「伺服器」 Enable "Server".
- 主機名稱 Host Name 輸入 mail.yourdomain (e.g.: mail.abc.com.hk)；
- 用戶名稱 Username 輸入閣下的完整電郵地址 Full email address 及 輸入密碼 Password；
-
留意以下設定：
認證 Authentication: 點選 「密碼 」 Select "Password".
在使用SSL (SSL setting)加密連線時，需要輸入 伺服器傳輸埠/端口(Server Port)”465”
在不使用SSL (non-SSL setting)加密連線時，需要輸入 伺服器傳輸埠/端口(Server Port)”1025”
16. 點選右上方的「完成」; 再按 「帳戶」; 再按「完成」
When you finish the setup, click "Done". Go to "Accounts", Click "Done" again.
