2. 請先於 cPanel 中開設新電郵戶口。

3. 在「所有應用」主畫面中按「設定」。
In "All Apps", Click "Settings".
4. 於「設定」中, 選擇「雲端與備份」。
In your settings, click "Accounts and backup"
5. 選擇「管理帳戶」。
click "Manage Accounts".
6. 選擇「加入帳戶」。
Click "Add Account "
7. 選擇「電子郵件」。
select "Email".
8. 選擇「其他」。
select "Other".
9. 輸入電子郵件地址及密碼後按「手動設定」。
In "New Account" window, enter your full email address and password.
Click "Manuel Setting".
10. 選擇帳戶類型 「IMAP帳戶」或「POP3帳戶」;
Protocol → Select "IMAP" or "POP3"
11. 在「伺服器設定」視窗中 In「Server settings」window：
- 輸入閣下的完整電郵地址 Email address ;

用戶名稱為閣下的完整電郵地址 Email address 及輸入密碼 Password ;
Username → your Full email address and Password
收件伺服器 Incoming mail server：
- IMAP 或 POP3 伺服器 IMAP or POP3 server:
mail.yourdomain (e.g.: mail.abc.com.hk) -
內送伺服器 Incoming server(IMAP) :
在使用SSL (SSL setting)加密連線時，需要輸入 伺服器傳輸埠/端口(Server Port)”993”
在不使用SSL (non-SSL setting)加密連線時，需要輸入 伺服器傳輸埠/端口(Server Port)”143”內送伺服器 Incoming server(POP3) :
在使用SSL (SSL setting)加密連線時，需要輸入 伺服器傳輸埠/端口(Server Port)”995”
在不使用SSL (non-SSL setting)加密連線時，需要輸入 伺服器傳輸埠/端口(Server Port)”110”
外寄伺服器 Outgoing server:
- SMTP 外寄伺服器 Outgoing server
mail.yourdomain (e.g.: mail.abc.com.hk) - 在使用SSL (SSL setting)加密連線時，需要輸入 伺服器傳輸埠/端口(Server Port)”465”
在不使用SSL (non-SSL setting)加密連線時，需要輸入 伺服器傳輸埠/端口(Server Port)”1025” - 勾選 "發送電子郵件前需要驗證"。
Enable "Require authentication to send emails". - 輸入 用戶名稱 Username: 你的完整電郵地址 Your full Email address
密碼 Password: 你的電郵密碼 Your email password
12. 輸入後按「登入」。Click "Login".
