1. 按"郵件"。 Click "Mail".
或搜尋郵件。Or search "Mail".
2. 如果於郵件中沒有新增過任何電郵户口，請直接前往第四步
If you have not added any email accounts in the email, please go directly to step 4
如果有的話，按"郵件">"設定"。 If you do, click "Mail">"Settings".
3. 按 "+" 新增帳戶。 Click "+" to add your account.
4. 選擇 "其他郵件帳戶"，按"繼續"。
Choose "Add Other Mail Account", Click "Continue".
5. 填寫你的資料，然後按登入：
Fill in your information, then click "Sign in":
名稱 Name：（寄件時顯示的寄件人 The name you want to show when you send out an email）
電郵地址 Email Address：你的電郵帳戶 Your email account
密碼 Password：你的電郵密碼 Your email password
6. 之後必定會顯示系統訊息："無法驗證帳戶名稱或密碼"。
Then, it must shows a system message: "unable to verify account name or password"
請繼續輸入以下資料 Please continue your email setup:
電郵地址 Email address： 你的完整電郵帳戶 Full email address
用戶名稱 Username： 你的完整電郵帳戶 Full email address (不要使用自動 Do not use system "Auto")
密碼 Password： 你的電郵密碼 Your email password
請選擇帳戶類別IMAP或POP，輸入以下資料，之後按"登入"。
Please choose account type IMAP or POP, also enter below data, then click "Sign in":
收件伺服器 Incoming Mail Server:
mail.yourdomain.com (請改做你的域名 Change it to your domain e.g: mail.abc.com.hk )
寄件伺服器 Incoming Mail Server:
mail.yourdomain.com (請改做你的域名 Change it to your domain e.g: mail.abc.com.hk )
7. 選擇你要用於此帳戶的App，然後按"完成"：
Select the apps you want to use with this account , click "Done":
8. 設定寄件和收件伺服器 Setup Incoming and Outgoing Mail Server
i. 選擇你剛建立的電郵 Select the email account you created.
ii. 進入"伺服器設定" Click "Server settings".
9A. IMAP/POP SSL設定 IMAP/POP (SSL) 非SSL設定請前往第9B步
i. 在IMAP/POP 取消選擇"自動管理連線設定"
Untick "Automatically manage connection settings" in IMAP/POP.
ii. IMAP (SSL)
傳輸埠 Server Port: 993
選擇"使用TLS/SSL" Select "Use TLS/SSL"
認證 Authentication: 密碼 "Password"
ii. POP (SSL)
傳輸埠 Server Port: 995
選擇 "使用TLS/SSL" Select "Use TLS/SSL"
認證 Authentication: 密碼 "Password"
9B. IMAP/POP 非SSL設定 IMAP/POP (non-SSL) SSL設定請前往第9A步
i. 在IMAP/POP 取消選擇"自動管理連線設定"
Untick "Automatically manage connection settings" in IMAP/POP.
ii. IMAP (non-SSL)
傳輸埠 Server Port: 143
不要選擇 "使用TLS/SSL" Do not select "Use TLS/SSL"
認證 Authentication: 密碼 "Password"
ii. POP (non-SSL)
傳輸埠 Server Port: 110
不要選擇 "使用TLS/SSL" Do not select "Use TLS/SSL"
認證 Authentication: 密碼 "Password"
iii. 非SSL設定才需做這步 Only non-SSL setting need to set
按 "進階IMAP/POP 設定" Click into "Advanced IMAP/POP Settings"
選擇 "允許不安全的認證" Tick "Allow insecure authentication".
10. 設定 SMTP setting
i. 在SMTP 取消選擇"自動管理連線設定"
Untick "Automatically manage connection settings" in SMTP.
ii. 之後打開 "SMTP 帳戶"選單，選擇"編輯SMTP 伺服器列表…"
Open "SMTP Account" menu, click "Edit SMTP server list"
iii. SMTP 伺服器設定 SMTP Server settings
描述 Descriptions： 預設 Default
用戶名稱 User Name： 你的電郵帳戶 Your email address
密碼 Password： 你的電郵密碼 Your email password
主機名稱 Host Name：mail.yourdomain.com (請改做你的域名 Change it to your domain e.g: mail.abc.com.hk )
iv. SMTP (SSL)
取消選擇"自動管理連線設定" Untick "Automatically manage connection settings"
SMTP 傳輸埠 Server Port: 465
選擇 "使用TLS/SSL" Select "Use TLS/SSL"
認證 Authentication: 密碼 "Password"
v. 完成後按"好"。 Click "OK".
vi. 確保顯示傳輸埠 465 並勾選使用 TLS/SSL。 Make sure it show port 465 and tick sue TLS/SSL
iv. SMTP (non-SSL)
取消選擇"自動管理連線設定" Untick "Automatically manage connection settings"
SMTP 傳輸埠 Server Port: 1025 or 25
不要選擇 "使用TLS/SSL" Do not Select "Use TLS/SSL"
認證 Authentication: 密碼 "Password"
v. 完成後按"好"。 Click "OK".
vi. 確保顯示傳輸埠 1025 並不要勾選使用 TLS/SSL。 Make sure it show port 1025 and untick sue TLS/SSL
vii. 非SSL設定才需做這步 Only non-SSL setting need to set
按"進階" Click "Advanced".
選擇 "允許不安全的認證" Tick "Allow insecure authentication".
viii. 完成後按"好"。 Click "OK".
