OUTLOOK 2013
1. 按左上角"檔案"> "資訊">"新增帳戶"。 Click File at top left corner > Info> click Add Account.
2. 按"新增"。 Click "New".
3. 勾選手動設定或其他伺服器類型，然後按"下一步"。
Check Manually configure server settings or additional server types and click Next
4. 選擇"POP 或 IMAP" > "下一步"。Select POP or IMAP and click Next
5. 在這頁的設定和以往的 outlook系列設定原理一樣, 用家只需輸入適當的資料便可。
The settings on this table are the same as the previous Outlook series. Enter the following information for E-mail Account.
1. 輸入用家的名字 username
2. 輸入用家的電郵地址 eg : abc@abc.com
3. 可選擇 imap 和 pop3 的制式
4. incoming setting - mail.用家的域名 eg: mail.hostingspeed.net
5. outgoing setting (smtp) - mail.用家的域名 eg: mail.hostingspeed.net
6. 輸入 username eg : abc@abc.com
7. user 的 password
1. enter your username
2. enter your email address eg : abc@abc.com
3. select imap or pop3 of account type
4. imcoming setting - mail.your domain name eg: mail.hostingspeed.net
5. outgoing setting (smtp) - mail.your domain name eg: mail.hostingspeed.net
6. enter your username eg : abc@abc.com
7. enter your password
輸入用家的電郵資料後, 可以按 "其他設定"繼續設定.
After you enter these information, you can click "More Settings..."
6. 進去後, 到 Advanced 頁內輸入以下 Incoming Server 及 Outgoing Server設定
Click Advanced to update your Incoming server (IMAP or POP) and Outgoing server (SMTP) setting.
- Incoming server (IMAP) 輸入 993 及 選擇 SSL 或 Incoming server (POP3) 輸入 995 及 選擇 SSL
- Outgoing server (SMTP) 輸入 465 及 選擇 SSL.
驗證SMTP Enable SMTP Authentication
按 “外寄伺服器" > “我的外寄伺服器(SMTP)需要驗證“
選”使用與內送郵件伺服器相同的設定” > 按 "OK"
Click "Outgoing Server" > Tick " My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication ".
Select " Use same settings as my incoming mail server " > click "OK"
用家便可以嘗試收發電郵.
Then, user can receive and dispatch emails.
Outlook 2007
1. 按"工具"> "帳戶設定"。 Click Tools > Account setting.
2. 按"新增"。 Click "New".
3. 選擇"Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP"，然後按"下一步"。
Select "Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP" and click Next
4. 勾選手動設定或其他伺服器類型，然後按"下一步"。
Check Manually configure server settings or additional server types and click Next
5. 選擇網際網路電子郵件，然後按"下一步"。
Select Internet E-mail and click Next
6. 在這頁的設定和以往的 outlook系列設定原理一樣, 用家只需輸入適當的資料便可。

8. 設置 顯示IMAP資料夾，請按「資料夾」後，再按「IMAP資料夾」
To show your IMAP folder, click "folder">"IMAP folder".
9. 請選擇所有資料夾及按「訂閱」
Select all folder and click subscribe.
10. 在"已訂閱"中，會顯示成功所選擇的IMAP資料夾
In "Subscribed" will show your IMAP folder.
