1. 開啟 Outlook 後, Outlook 會彈出一個視窗, 如圖：
選擇左下角"手動設定", 再按下一步。
After open Outlook, it will display the following window.
Then, Click "Manually configure server settings or additional server types" -> Click "Next".
OUTLOOK 2013
可按左上角"檔案"> "資訊">"帳戶設定"。
Or you may click File> Info>Account setting.
按"新增"。 Click "Create". 
Outlook 2007
可按"工具"> "資訊">"帳戶設定"。
Or you may click Tools> Info>Account setting.
按"新增"。 Click "Create". 
2. 之後按 "POP 或 IMAP", 然後按"下一步"。(其他Outlook版本的選項或有不同)
Choose POP or IMAP, Click "Next". (The option may shows differently depends on outlook version)
3. 在這頁的設定和以往的 outlook系列設定原理一樣, 用家只需輸入適當的資料便可.
1. 輸入用家的名字 username
2. 輸入用家的電郵地址 eg : abc@abc.com
3. 可選擇 imap 和 pop3 的制式
4. incoming setting - mail.用家的域名 eg: mail.hostingspeed.net
5. outgoing setting (smtp) - mail.用家的域名 eg: mail.hostingspeed.net
6. 輸入 username eg : abc@abc.com
7. user 的 password
The settings on this table are the same as the previous Outlook series. Enter the following information for E-mail Account.
1. enter your username
2. enter your email address eg : abc@abc.com
3. select imap or pop3 of account type
4. imcoming setting - mail.your domain name eg: mail.hostingspeed.net
5. outgoing setting (smtp) - mail.your domain name eg: mail.hostingspeed.net
6. enter your username eg : abc@abc.com
7. enter your password
輸入用家的電郵資料後, 可以按 "其他設定"繼續設定.
After you enter these information, you can click "More Settings..."
4. 進去後, 到 Advanced 頁內輸入以下 Incoming Server 及 Outgoing Server設定
Click Advanced to update your Incoming server (IMAP or POP) and Outgoing server (SMTP) setting.
- Incoming server (IMAP) 輸入 993 及 選擇 SSL 或
Incoming server (POP3) 輸入 995 及 選擇 SSL - Outgoing server (SMTP) 輸入 465 及 選擇 SSL.
- 按 OK and 按 下一步(Next).
驗證SMTP Enable SMTP Authentication
之後按 “外寄伺服器" > “我的外寄伺服器(SMTP)需要驗證“
選”使用與內送郵件伺服器相同的設定”
Click "Outgoing Server",
Tick " My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication ".
Then, tick " Use same settings as my incoming mail server "
用家便可以嘗試收發電郵.
Then, user can receive and dispatch emails.
5. 設置 顯示IMAP資料夾，請按「資料夾」後，再按「IMAP資料夾」
To show your IMAP folder, click "folder">"IMAP folder".
6. 請選擇所有資料夾及按「訂閱」
Select all folder and click subscribe.
7. 在"已訂閱"中，會顯示成功所選擇的IMAP資料夾
In "Subscribed" will show your IMAP folder.
